China foreign language publishing and Distribution Bureau, also known as China International Publishing Group (CIPG), is a press and publishing organization that undertakes the task of external publicity of the party and the country's books, periodicals and network. It is the longest history and largest professional external communication organization in New China.

 

The company has nearly 3000 employees, including nearly 100 foreign experts. It has 20 organizations, including 7 publishing houses, 5 magazines, china.com, China International Book Trade Corporation, international communication research center, translation qualification evaluation center, etc. in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Russia, Egypt, South Africa, Mexico, Peru, Turkey, Japan Hong Kong and other 14 countries and regions have 22 overseas branches, forming a business pattern covering translation, publishing, printing, distribution, Internet and multimedia business, theoretical research and social undertakings. The China Academy of translation studies, the standing body of the China Translation Association, the organization and implementation organization of the national translation qualification (level) examination, and the National Translation Series senior title evaluation organization are all located in the Bureau of foreign languages.
